  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping may also be available for selected destinations.

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 Business Days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
  • Eligible products or promotional offers may qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to track your shipment through the courier partner's tracking system.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Zaqual is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our team will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges.
